The Midwest Clinic back in December was such a blast. I met so many dedicated string teachers, teachers of string teachers, and teachers who have a great passion for growing orchestra programs everywhere, including Spain, Bermuda and Thailand.
One of the wonderful teachers I have gotten to know, and met up with at the event is Dr. Charles Laux, author of the blog, OrchestraTeacher.net and the YouTube Channel, The Orchestra Teacher.
His channel and his blog is full of great teaching tips, interviews, string instrument maintenance advice and more. Make sure to check it out and get on his mailing list.
It was a treat and an honour to be interviewed at the Midwest Clinic by Dr. Laux for his orchestra teacher podcast. And it was so much fun to do!
